This is a pilot punch for fixing a stripper that has a smooth shape for the straightening part of the workpiece at the tip and a tolerance of ±0.05mm for the length (F dimension, L dimension) to the positioning part. Assuming a precision mold, the collar thickness also has a negative tolerance.
