Dikote® treatment improves wear resistance, seizure resistance, and toughness, TiCN coating improves wear resistance, and WPC® treatment is applied to the base of TiCN coating to improve coating adhesion, wear resistance, fatigue strength, and seizure resistance. You can choose from three types of HW coatings that improve performance. The shank shape can be selected from regular type, positioning dowel hole type, and tapped type. The material can be selected from die steel, high speed steel, and powder high speed steel.
