Feature 5: The hex post has many parts where a wrench can be used. Even in a narrow space, the wrench can be used for fastening. The wrench position can be shifted every 60 interval.

Precautions
① Fastening method of hex post.
The post is generally fastened by torque method. For bolts, fasten them within the range of fastening torque, otherwise excessive torque will cause thread fracture.
② Anti-rust specification selection and maintenance.
If there are requirements for anti-corrosion performance, select products made of austenitic stainless steel.
 When carbon steel material with weak anti-corrosion performance is selected, it is recommended to store it in a constant-temperature and dry environment, and regularly apply anti-corrosion oil for maintenance.

Function of hex post in the mechanism
① Hex profile is used as a fastening connector in the mechanism to support the weight of all workpieces on the upper part and increase the stability of the mechanism.
②Because the mechanism is often used in narrow space, the fastening method of hex profile is very simple and convenient, thus facilitating the installation and maintenance of equipment.
