A clean specification coupling with excellent electrical insulation.
[Features]
· A resin spring coupling with a completely integrated structure that has slits in the cylindrical material.
· Can be used in FPD manufacturing equipment and other environments that require heat and chemical resistance or in clean rooms.
· Uses PEEK, which has excellent physical and chemical properties.
· The amount of outgas is extremely small.
· The leaf spring formed by the slit allows eccentricity, declination and end play.
