Breather Cap (A-TEX-Compliant Product)
An ATEX directive compliant, explosion-proof, air breather cap. The splash guard prevents oil leaks caused by splash back in the tank.
[Features]
· This product conforms to ATEX standards (explosion-proof standards).
· The polyurethane air filter has a sponge form.
· The structure is ventilated and allows air to pass freely in and out, even when the cap is attached.
· Safety mechanism: even when temporary but significant differences in pressure occur within the tank due to sudden temperature rises or oil backlash, the system is able to regain an equilibrium with the external air pressure.
· Ideal for use with compressor boosters and pressure reducers that are prone to severe increases and decreases in the amount of oil.
· Features specially angled blades internally to guard against oil splashes and to ensure that no oil splashes out during regular use.

Features
Breeze (ventilation) structure
Since it is a structure built for ventilation, even if a cap is attached, air can enter and leave freely. Even if a large pressure difference temporarily occurs in the tank due to a sudden temperature increase or oil backlash, safety is restored as soon as equilibrium is regained with the outside air. Optimal when using pressure boosters and decompressors where the oil amount increases and decreases.
Splash guard (oil splashing and leakage prevention)
Features a special sloped wing on the inside that guards against splashing oil, preventing external leakage of oil under general use conditions.
