· Exhaust cleaner that can be used inside a cleanroom.
· Exhaust air cleanliness: Equivalent to ISO Class 5 (Class 100 Fed.Std.209D).
· Particles of 0.3 μm or larger are kept to 3.5 particles/L or less.
