Features of drawn material
■ No seam between the wings and the tube.
■ Finishing is performed using machining and so parts are precise.
■ Thrust surface area is broad compared to a press type hinge and so reduction is low.
■ Particles are fine compared to a cast metal hinge and as there is no casting, the plating and color of the finished surface is exceptional.
