When pilot solenoid valve 12 is not energized, valve A5 linked to piston 7 is closed via the action of the return spring 8. At this point valve B6 which is connected to valve A5 opens.
When pilot solenoid valve 12 is energized (or when pressurized air enters through port 12 (P1) of the air operated type), the pilot air supplied under piston 7 moves the piston upward, simultaneously opening valve A5 and closing valve B6.
