Series features a wide range of products in terms of converter capacity and valve unit flow rate control capability, with operation at a piston speed of 180 mm/sec with a size ø80 (diameter 80 mm). (Operating pressure: 0.5 MPa, load mass: no load, piping: inner diameter 19 mm × 1 m)
The converter and valve unit can be used together or connected individually.
