[Features]
· Made of aluminum coated with PVC.
· High-quality aluminum—with purity of at least 99.5%—is used to produce rings that have excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and insulation performance. This ensures this product is resistant to ageing and can withstand long-term use.
· These rings have exceptional durability for withstanding outdoor UV light, temperature change, toxic gas, salt damage, high humidity, and vibration. Therefore, they are widely used for Shinkansen trains, subway cars, ships, chemical plant wiring, and for binding tubes.
· The material has an appropriate level of softness and hardness, which makes on-site work easier.
· In addition, these rings can be processed and manufactured in various forms, such as saddles and clips, etc.
· A variety of types are available for use with light to heavy loads, by combining t=0.5–1.0 mm and W=6–30 mm types, .
