・ Remote access of PLC via Ethernet becomes familiar
・ You can select various communication services according to your needs and flexibly integrate the PLC into the Ethernet of the information network
・ Various protocols can be realized on Ethernet
・ FINS message communication using UDP/IP and TCP/IP is possible in user applications and support tools (CX-Programmer, etc.) of higher-level personal computers
・ The built-in clock of the PLC connected to Ethernet can be automatically adjusted based on the clock of the SNTP server (A separate SNTP server is required)
・ Since it has a built-in FTP server function, it is possible to read data in the PLC or write data in the PLC in file units from a workstation or personal computer that has an FTP client function
・ The mail reception function makes it possible to execute commands for the PLC. In addition, the mail sending function can send the status of the PLC I/O memory and Ethernet unit under any trigger conditions
・ Supports standard protocols UDP/IP and TCP/IP, and can communicate with various devices, workstations, personal computers, Ethernet units of other manufacturers, etc.
・ The SMTP/POP3/SNTP server can be specified by host name in addition to the method of specifying by IP address (A separate DNS server is required)
