· Lid for antibacterial stainless steel hotel pan series.
· Demonstrates an excellent antibacterial effect against E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus and hospital-acquired MRSA, etc. adhering to the surface.
· The material is antibacterial stainless steel, which means that it is not vulnerable to peeling or wear, unlike products with a coating of fluorine or silicon, etc.
· This antibacterial action is safe, using the effect of copper ions.
[Applications]
· Prioritizing hygiene, and preventing food-poisoning originating in containers, tableware and utensils, at research facilities, food processing plants, kitchens, medical and care facilities and nursing homes for the elderly.
