Non-Magnetic Waterproof Type Point Finder (BT40WP)
Peace of mind even in harsh working environments thanks to IP67 waterproofing (IEC standard). Measurement error will not occur even if cutting fluid is applied. ±1 μm repeat accuracy is possible up to 80 mm.
[Features]
· The waterproof structure prevents the cutting fluid from entering the sensor, thus avoiding measurement errors.
· The LED will light with a small contact pressure of 0.1 gf between the stylus and the workpiece.
· Enables accurate measurement of thin workpieces. The stylus swings in the X, Y and Z directions.
· Usable for iron and non-ferrous metal workpieces.
· With the development of a new mechanism (patent pending), measurement accuracy has improved dramatically
