    This surface heater, which is integrated with a low-profile sheet, lays out the resistance element on a preset pattern in between two silicone rubber sheets, pressurizes it after removing the air inside and finally provides a heating cure. Additionally, the silicone rubber sheet is filled and reinforced with glass fiber, so its structure has both excellent mechanical strength and electric properties. The takeout location of the lead wire can be designated freely, but it is always pulled from the tip center portion of the long side of heater using a fluoropolymer covered wire. Unless specified, the length of the lead wire is cut off at 300 mm.
