Height gauge featuring a newly designed stepped scale and improved number color design on the main scale to prevent erroneous reading.
[Features]
· The main scale is a stepped scale with easy-to-see 1 mm graduations.
· Continuous numbering + 2 mm point scale, so numerical values can immediately be grasped.
· The main scale movement device enables simple movement and adjustment of the main scale.
· With magnifying lens (3x) for easy reading of scale.
· Fine adjustment of the Vernier feed can be performed with the fine feed.
· With a carbide tip on the scriber tip.
[Applications]
· Used for measurement and scribing work on molds and jig tools.

Structure

Main scale with graduation, base of main scale, scriber with vernier graduation set,
and the device provides correct reading of digital value.
Standard height gaugeDigital height gauge

Types

Standard height gauge with vernier graduation and digital height gauge.
Generally has size from 150mm to 1000mm.

Specification

According to the size of body, the smallest reading valueincludes 0.01mm,
0.02mm to 0.05mm.
Place lever type dial gauge (dialindicator) onto attached dial indicator
holder, parallelism, flatness, and straightness can be measured.

Methods of using Height gauge

Standard hight gauge

Let scriber touch against the measuring object, read the main scale unit value 1mm,
then read the value on vernier graduation unit value 0.02mm or 0.05mm, to get
the measured value.
*For easier reading of vernier value, magnifier type is also available.
If scriber is carbide tipped, it can also be used on marking.

Digital height gauge

Measuring value will show up digitally when scriber is touched against the measuring object.

01 Absolute measurement
When measuring, let scriber touch the flat surface
plate (standard surface) tightly and set measuring
value to zero. Let scriber touch against the measuring
object for measurement.
02 Contrast measurement
Let scriber touch against the object treat as a standard
object, then set measuring value to zero.
To measure the comparison measuring object.
The difference between standard object and
comparison measuring object will show digitally.
