Magnetic Screw Support (Long Stroke Type)
[Features]
· Magnetic, usable for both horizontal and vertical jigs.
· It is also ideal for support of heavy objects, height adjustment of clamps, and suppression of chattering during cutting.
· By providing intermediate male screws, a long stroke has been achieved. (1.5 to 2 times comparison by manufacturer)
· Innovative screw support which turns an intermediate male screw to resolve problems that can occur when turning the male screw when a load is applied, such as scratches on the workpiece and slipped alignment.
· When adjusting intermediate male screws, the screws in the upper and lower parts can be finely adjusted and manipulated with minimal force, since the direction is the same and the pitch is different.
· A lock screw (locking piece) to lock male threads for loosening prevention.
