Display cables include analog cables and digital cables. The digital cable can transfer the digital signal of the computer to the display as it is, so the signal is not degraded. A standard digital cable is DVI, but there are two types of cables, one that transfers only DVI-D digital signals and the other that uses both DVI-I analog and digital cables.
