There are also handles for wafer carriers that is put in grooves of a carrier for installation to carry the carrier. In each case, select the one compatible with the size of the wafer. Special precision tools are used in cleanrooms and made of materials that have suitable anti-static properties and chemical resistance. A clean-washed air blow gun can supply air with high filtration accuracy using a hollow fiber membrane filter.
