A micro-ceramic heater is a heater in which a tungsten resistor (heating element) is bonded with a ceramic sheet that has excellent heat resistance and insulation.

・ Since it is a planar heater, it heats the object to be heated evenly.
・ Due to the high watt density design, it heats up rapidly.
・ The temperature rises to approx. 500°C.
・ Uses ceramic with excellent oxidation resistance and chemical resistance, and has a long lifespan.
・ As it is compact, it helps space saving.
・ Small and ultra-thin (approx. 1.27 mm) flat heater that can be heated in a small space.
・ A heater with a quick temperature rise and good response.
