· Stainless steel materials (SCS14A and SUS316) are used in liquid-contacting parts, increasing corrosion resistance.
· fluoropolymer is affixed to the liquid-contacting surface of the diaphragm, preventing deterioration due to liquids and providing superior corrosion resistance.

・ SCCV (Self Closing and Centering Valve) mechanism (): The valve is spherical and is not fixed to the shaft, but is designed to be held with some play left, right, front and back.
