Product Features
Ball plungers, also known as ball point set screws, ball screws, positioning balls, touch balls, steel ball tightening spring screws, etc., can be used for temporary positioning and index adjustment of workpieces, relying on the spring to push out the front ball through a fixed stroke.
Compared to conventional ball plungers, the roller plunger adopts the structural design of main ball and sub ball, ensuring smooth rotation of the ball.
Precautions
Widely used where the balls need to roll at all times with as little damage to the mating workpiece as possible.

Frequently asked question (FAQ)

Question: Can the knob plunger withstand radial force?
Answer: It specifies the stroke of the front ball and can be used for temporary positioning and indexing of workpieces.
Question: What role does a ball plunger play?
Answer: It is used to stabilize the bearing surfaces of presses and the set screws of molds.
Question: What is the difference between a ball plunger and a spring plunger?
Answer: A plunger is headed with a steel ball and its stroke is the displacement of the ball. A spring plunger has a pin-shaped front section and the displacement stroke of the pin is used for such purposes as temporary positioning and indexing of workpieces.
Question: What role does a knob plunger play?
Answer: It is a mechanical element part that can easily and quickly locate and fix the workpiece by operating the knob or the handle to pull out or insert the pin. Early knob plungers were mainly used for parts used in the angular positioning of indexing devices. In recent years, knob plunger has been more widely used, and become an indispensable mechanical element part of equipment and devices.
Question: What is the meaning of load min and max?
Answer: The min. load represents the initial load, and the max. load represents the load at the maximum press-in limit of ball head.
