Conductive Containers

ESD containers are conductive containers suitable for storing and transporting electrical and electronic components. Containers range in size from 0.26 L small capacity suitable for storing electronic components and chips that require static electricity protection, to 77.9 L large capacity that can also be used as multipurpose returnable boxes in factories. The material of the ESD container is conductive ABS resin, polypropylene, polycarbonate, etc. In the case of polypropylene products containing conductive materials, the entire resin is a conductive layer, which has the effect of removing as well as preventing static electricity. Conductive performance is maintained semi-permanently even after wiping or cleaning the surface. Containers with silicone packing on the lid have excellent airtightness and prevent dust and foreign matter contamination. Products with low organic pollution performance have a unique cushion structure that is resistant to vibration and impact, and are suitable for transporting semiconductor wafers.
